my nourish bowl game has been severely lacking lately but i’m getting back into it with this honey balsamic tofu bowl!! it absolutely satisfied my cravings and checks all the boxes of a perfect meal complete with protein, greens, carbs and healthy fats
dEATS:
balsamic tofu:
🌱coat 1/3 block of drained and cubed tofu in your favorite balsamic dressing, glaze or balsamic vinegar
🌱add about 1 tbs honey
🌱add the coated tofu to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook each side of the pieces for a few minutes on medium/ high heat until crispy

🌱serve with roasted sweet potato
