This is my go-to tofu sauce recipe except I added some peanut butter! 🤤 It is savory, sweet, nutty, simple and will please all of your umami taste buds. Serve it over air-fried or baked tofu and enjoy. 😋 Hit the button on the far right side to save this recipe ↗️

Sauce Recipe:⁣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
* 1 cup Vegetable Broth⁣
* 3 tbsp Tamari or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
* 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
* 1 tsp Garlic, minced
* 3 tbsp Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
* 1-2 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy
* 1 tbsp Sriracha or Chili Sauce of choice (optional)
* 2 tbsp Cornstarch
* Salt & Pepper to taste
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
2. Add sauce to a pan on medium-low heat and cook it for 5 minutes until it thickens.
3. Add tofu to pan and evenly cost in sauce.
4. Serve over brown rice and top with green onions!
