This creamy Vanilla Chia concoction was Breakfast this morning😁 Layered with juicy Mango, Kiwi and Quinoa Puffs🙌
As always..It’s simple to make, Gf and of course Vegan.. Perfect thrown into smoothies too for a little extra nutrition 🌟

Recipe- makes enough for 2
1/3 Cup Chia seeds
1 C Almond milk or your preferred milk
1/4 C Coconut yogurt
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla extract

🌟Place seeds into a mixing bowl.
🌟In a separate bowl stir the almond milk, coconut yogurt and vanilla extract together.
🌟Pour over chia seeds and stir continuously for 2-3 mins, leave to thicken for an hour or overnight.

Peel and slice fruits.. in this case mango and kiwi, layer and add either quinoa puffs, granola or some nuts and seeds. Anything with a bit of crunch goes well!
