✨Korean-Inspired BBQ Cauliflower✨

These came out so good! 😍 The sauce has an amazing kick to it and I could also be really good on tofu or tempeh. These are oven-baked because tried to make it a liiiittle healthy, but you can fry them too.

1 head cauliflower chopped into small pieces

3/4 cup vegan buttermilk (~3/4 cup almond milk + 3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar – let the mixture sit 10 minutes before using)
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
~2 tbsp water

2 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup liquid aminos
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Mix batter together and coat cauliflower. Place in the oven on 400F for 20 min on a baking sheet. Flip cauliflower and cook for another 20 min. Heat sauce on a pan and let it thicken. When it starts to bubble and thicken, toss in cauli. Serve with green onion and sesame seeds. If you don’t have sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning does the trick! That’s what I used. ☺️
