Vegan Thai Basil Pork (ผัดกะเพราหมู) 🌶️🍖 [Swipe for Close-up] – Revisited this recipe using @phuture_foods minced!
Add 3 pc minced shiitake mushroom in hot pan with 1 tbsp oil and fry for 2 mins. Then add 350g @phuture_foods and fry for another 4 mins. Turn to low heat and add 120g asperagus, 30 thai holy basil, 1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 3 chilli padi and fry for 1 min before removing from heat. (Substitute for large red chilli or capsicum for child-friendly version) Enjoy! 😋
*When cooking plant-based mince, if you find that the mince starts to cake and does not crumble, do not worry, just turn to low heat and continue frying for a little while more. Once the moisture starts sizzling away, the mince will start to crumble.
