Here’s an amazing whole grilled cabbage for your thanksgiving tables from @kitchenstories_official 💚 I couldn’t find the exact recipe but here’s what I’d do:

Ingredients
1 whole cabbage
1 cup of dry white wine
2 cups of vegetable stock
1 cup of chopped white onion
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 stalk of sliced celery
2 sliced carrots
1 bay leaf
Herbs, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Clean cabbage, remove outer leaves and cut a portion of the bottom off so it can stand on its own.

Put all the ingredients and some olive oil into a Dutch oven
.
Brush cabbage head with some olive oil, season with salt and pepper and cover with the lid
.
Put Dutch oven into oven at 325 until a fork or skewers slides easily in – about 3 or more hours, you have to turn the heat up if it’s not cooking fast enough or getting soft enough. Also add more vegetable broth if it has evaporated

Once it’s soft, set oven on broil, remove lid and put cabbage in to roast until outsides are golden to brown
