“Chia Pudding Parfait”
Parfaits are usually healthy and super easy to make. They’re perfect option for breakfast or dessert.
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mango
Make chia pudding by mixing the chia seeds into 1/4 cup almond milk, set aside.
Blend the banana, blueberries with 1/4 cup almond milk, set aside.
Mix the frozen mango with the last 1/4 cup almond milk and set aside.
You may decorate you serving cup as desired. Garnished with granola, cacao nibs and raspberries.
