Kalamata olives
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Nutritional yeast
Olive oil
Seasonings- pink salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, oregano, turmeric (this is @primalpalate adobo seasoning blend)
Put gnocchi in a pan straight from the freezer on low/med heat & the top on. Once they’ve thawed out a little, add olive oil (it’s easy to use cooking spray) & nutritional yeast. Up the heat to medium. Check them every 2 ish mins, adding more olive oil & nutritional yeast until crispy on the outside. I have a highlight with step by step videos of how I make this!
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil on a pan then add broccoli, tomatoes, red onion, & lots of seasoning. Once tender, add the olives & sauté for around 3 more min.
Combine the veggies with the gnocchi & sprinkle with sea salt!
