𝕍𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕟 𝕝𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕝 𝕔𝕒𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕥 & 𝕜𝕒𝕝𝕖 𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕡 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕞 𝕥𝕠𝕒𝕤𝕥
𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 👇🏻
𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 ✅
1 Cup red lentils ( soaked for 20 mins and rinsed)
2 Medium carrots ( Chopped in cubes)
2 medium potatoes ( Chopped in cubes)
1 medium yellow onion ( diced)
1 can Chopped tomatos
2 cloves garlic
2 cups fresh kale ( stems removed)
1 Tbs avocado oil
1 lemon ( juiced)
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tsp Tumeric
1 Tsp smoked paprika
4-5 cups hot water ( more or less depending on how liquefied you prefer your soup)
1. Chop onions and garlic. Add to a pot with 1tbs avocado oil. Lightly saute until onions are translucent.
2.Add in all your spices along with carrots. Gently saute for 5 minutes.
3.Add in can tomatoes, juiced lemon, lentils and potatoes. Stir gently. Add in water. Cover and simmer for 40 mins on low heat.
4.Once vegetables and lentils have softened add in fresh kale and serve with warm toast.
